UPPER ROOM BAR POP-UP, OKU RESTAURANT

From 17 November to 18 December, we will be welcoming new guests at our Upper Room Bar pop-up @okurestaurants.

Inspired by flavors and traditions of global cuisines, OKU Restaurant celebrates the connection of spirits over the table. The evocative culinary journey fuses Japanese gastronomy with a melting pot of Asian and South American twists. Chef Mark Vaessen focuses on high-quality ethically-sourced produce, and his love for Japanese techniques to create a unique fusion dining experience. The restaurant’s permanent address within the namesake hotel in Ibiza saw OKU Restaurant quickly establish itself as a coveted island hotspot this summer. Now that Ibiza quietens for the winter, OKU brings its delectable interpretation of Japanese-inspired fusion cuisine to The Jane.

This new pop-up concept by OKU Restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner from Thursday to Sunday.

They will serve an 8-course Omakase menu with typical OKU dishes, known for their pure cuisine. An open kitchen story where you can follow everything from start to finish in a casual atmosphere.

Please take into account that gift vouchers from The Jane cannot be used for the pop-up concept. Due to the height of the bar kitchen, the Upper Room Bar is less suitable for wheelchair users. Dogs are not allowed here.
