Symbiose by The Jane is a collaboration between Nick Bril, designer Yaara Landau-Katz and Natural Tableware based on one aspect in particular; high-end, sustainable tableware for chefs on-the-go.
Respecting the original award winning design, Piet Boon updated the interior with new tailor-made furniture, higher seating, artefacts and a new colour scheme inspired by the stained glasses designed by Studio Job.
DIM Atelier and Dieter Van der Velpen created the new centerpiece for our dome: ‘Sharks’. Each of the fourteen magnificent ‘Sharks’ fill the room with their warmth, depth, reflection and intriguing shadow play.
Fredericia provided chairs and stools from their Spine collection by Space Copenhagen. The combination of black painted oak with leather upholstery, combined with the steel accents is keeping very much in line with the rest of the interior.
.PSLAB worked closely with Piet Boon, Sergio Herman and Nick Bril in the creation of “Lion Fish”, the centrepiece chandelier. Weighing 800 kilograms and suspended from one point, it dips to 2.75m above the ground and fills the space with more than 140 glass bulbs.
