Reserving a place at The Jane

You’re invited to place an online reservation for your table and a maximum of six guests up to three months in advance.

Is your desired date already fully booked? You’re advised to register on our waiting list. We will contact you if a guest changes or cancels their booking. You’re then free to reserve a place for you and your company in the slot that has become free. You’re under no obligation to do so even if you join the waiting list.

We work with reservation periods of up to three months. At 10.00 on the first day of the month, we launch the following period on the Guestplan module. This way, everyone has the chance to enjoy our gastronomy.

For example: From 1 November, you’re able to reserve places across the whole month of January. On 1 December, reserve for any day in February. And on 1 January, March will be open to you.

You can book online for up to 6 people. For groups of 7–8, please contact us by email: contact@thejaneantwerp.com.

What if you’ve made a reservation but still haven’t received a confirmation in your inbox after ten minutes? Make sure to check your spam folder. And if it’s still not to be found? Please contact us: contact@thejaneantwerp.com or +32 (0)3 808 44 65.

Yes. We request a deposit of €150 per person. We confirm your reservation as soon as the deposit is paid.

We remove this prepaid amount from the final bill when you dine with us.

Dietary requirements and allergies

Due to the nature of our menu, we are only able to respond to dietary requirements and allergies to a certain degree. For example, we are unable to exclude fundamental ingredients, such as eggs, citrus, garlic and celery from our dishes.

Good to know: not all combinations of dietary requirements are possible in our kitchen.

Consult the page on Making a reservation. You’ll read exactly what’s possible.

Do you have questions? Feel free to email us via contact@thejaneantwerp.com.

Share your dietary requirements when placing your reservation. This way we are able to prepare for you in advance.

What if you only let us know when you arrive at the restaurant? We respond to the best of our ability for an additional €30 charge per person.

Definitely.

Do you have allergies to any of these? We will adapt the menu for you. Allergic to all three? In that case, the menu will be adjusted to feature mainly vegetarian dishes.

Do you have questions? Contact us via contact@thejaneantwerp.com.

Every guest is welcome!

Please note that the atmosphere in our restaurant is generally lively yet intimate. Due to the unique layout of our space, seating is limited. If you plan to visit with a stroller, we’ll be happy to look at the possibilities together, though we do not have special children’s furniture available.

We are delighted to offer a tailored menu for children. Kindly let us know when making your reservation, so we can make the necessary preparations.

We do not have a dress code, but when visiting The Jane, the majority of guests choose casual chic attire.

Small dogs, up to five kilograms in weight, are certainly welcome. When making your reservation, please let us know whether you’ll be bringing your four-legged friend with you. We will assign you an appropriate table.
