To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Executive Sous Chef. This is not a traditional sous chef position, but a key leadership role within both our kitchen brigade and management team. Someone who helps drive the daily operation while contributing to the continued evolution of our cuisine. In this role, you will work side by side with Nick Bril. You will be his right hand during service, a mentor to the team and an important sparring partner in the ongoing development of our kitchen.
